The nozzle tip insulators are installed into the gate detail before installation of the cavity plate to the manifold plate.
With nozzle tip insulators in place, approximately 0,64 mm (.025") or less preload should be felt between the cavity plate and the manifold plate when the two plates are brought together.
As a complete hot runner system, includes the manifold and nozzle components and two manifold plates with all the required machining.
WIRES SHOULD NOT BE ROUTED ALONGSIDE THE MANIFOLD IN THE MANIFOLD PLATE POCKET.
■ The "L" dimension is the distance from the molding surface at the gate to the front face of the manifold plate.
